Important Notes

1. Application period is from 16 Oct to 23 Oct 2024 midnight.
2. Do note that all new flat buyers must have a valid HDB Flat Eligibility (HFE) letter when they apply for a flat from HDB.
3. Read the Conditions for Purchase and the procedures for purchase, before submitting your application.
4. Read the privacy policy and the terms governing this online system before you make an application.
5. Find out if you qualify for the Married Child Priority Scheme or Senior Priority Scheme.
6. We have scheduled essential maintenance works from 4.00 am to 4.35 am daily. The flat application e-Service will not be available during the maintenance period. If you are unable to complete and submit your flat application before 4.00 am, please start your application only after 4.35 am.
   In addition, there will be essential maintenance works for the PayNow QR code payment service on 21 Oct 2024 (Monday) from 2.00 am to 8.00 am. During this period when PayNow will not be available but the flat application e-Service will remain available (except from 4.00am to 4.35am), the administrative fee can be paid via credit card (Mastercard/Visa).
7. To prevent information loss and ensure a smooth experience, please consider clearing your internet browser’s cache/history before you apply. Please also refrain from clicking the “Back” button when applying.

Have you booked a flat from HDB and have yet to collect the keys ?

You have declared that you have booked a flat from HDB and yet to collect the keys.

Please note that applicants who have earlier booked a flat from HDB but wish to participate in this BTO Flats exercise will have to cancel their application for booked flat first, before submitting a new application under this exercise (subject to current eligibility conditions). The usual forfeiture for such cancellation will apply.

You can login to My HDBPage using your SingPass to submit a request to cancel your application for booked flat.
